He was inspired by Adolf Hitler and his foreign policies emphasized expanding the Influence of Italy. His policies were to take control over new lands let to the fall of France. He officially declared the battle and occupied South-East France, Corsica and Tunisia. He concentrated on organization Italian forces to combat against the British Empire in provinces of Africa and also in the Middle East expanses. Mussolini was the man responsible for the integrated collection of political innovations which led Fascism to be a strong force in Europe.

Benito believed that the government should have full authority over its citizens either it is economic, political or foreign affairs. All the rights and liberties granted to the citizens should be regularized and supervised regularly by the government.
