Number of burritos with hot peppers = 6

number of burritos without hot peppers =9

Then , the proportion of burritos with hot peppers= p=\dfrac{6}{15}=0.4

The number of burritos picked: n = 3

Then using binomial probability , the probability that at most two have hot peppers is given  by:-

P(x\leq2)=1-P(x=3)\\\\=1-^3C_3(0.4)^3(0.6)^0\\\\=1-(1)(0.4)^3=0.936

Hence, the required probability = 0.936
