The total number of pencils  = 150

Now, let us find the Highest Common Factor (HCF) of 200 and 150,

Here, 200  = 2 x 2  x 2 x 5 x 5

and, 150  = 2 x 3 x 5 x 5

SO, HCF of  200 and 150  = 2 x 5 x 5 = 50

Hence, in total 50 goodies bags can be made, such that:

1 bag  = 200 ÷ 50 = 4 lollipops

and  1  bag  = 150 ÷  50 = 3 pencils

⇒  1 bag  = 4 lollipop + 3 pencil =7 items.
