Answer:

3. consume more plant foods like legumes, vegetables, and fruit

5. engage in regular physical activity

Explanation:

Dietary choices can decrease or increase the risk for heart diseases. Plant based food like vegetables, fruits and legumes are very good for avoiding heart disease. They are rich source of antioxidants which prevent plaque buildup in arteries. They are also very low in saturated fat which is one of the major risk factors for heart disease. They are rich in fiber which improves overall digestion and helps to keep blood cholesterol level low.

Regular physical activity is also good for heart as it makes the muscles stronger. Stronger muscles means that the heart can pump blood more efficiently and does not need to work extra hard to do so. This in turn also keeps the blood pressure in check.

Would a fitness professional recommend totally illuminating fat from your diet
mash [69]

Answer:

Not really

Explanation:

By illuminating I assume you mean "removing"

if im correct woohoo.

Anyways, a professional would most likely not tell you to immediately go remove fat if you are on a diet. But what could happen is that they will/would give out good diets where, in a certain period of time, you can remove X amount of fat.
