Answer:

The Declaration of Independence cites specific reasons for separating from British rule, including Britain taxing and maintaining permanent troops without consent.

Explanation:

The authors of the Declaration of Independence want everyone to understand the exact reasons why they feel Britain maltreats the colony. These reasons include the fact that the British: Guarded large armies in the provinces and forced the colonies to pay them and shelter them.

The American colonies chose to declare independence from Britain for various reasons. They believe the British mistreated the invaders. The British passed many tax laws that had an impact on the colonizers. The colony has no representation in Parliament to elect or discuss this law.

James Madison faced challenges at home and abroad what were those
lisov135 [29]
These challenges were mostly about the war of 1812. Domestically he had to lead the country against enemies since the war was fought on American soil and the enemies were British soldiers. When it came to foreign policies, he managed to repeal the embargoes on trading with the US for all countries except Britain and France which enraged the two. At home, he also had issues with Native Americans whom he wanted to protect from people who wanted to settle their lands.

What did truman mean when he claimed that mccarthy was an "asset" to the kremlin?
ehidna [41]
Senator Joseph McCarthy was a Republican. Truman was a Democrat. Durring their time as seated elected officials, America was on guard and quite paranoid about the posibility of communist spies and sympathizers. McCarthy exploited the fear many felt for selfish political gain. He criticized Trumans foriegn policy, saying that officials were harboring communists. Truman fired back by saying, "The greatest asset the Kremlin has, is Senator McCarthy." Because of political mudslinging, bipartizan foriegn policy suffered. That made our nation weaker and more vulnerable.
