I don’t really know to to explain why, but it does. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”. That was a quotation from the second amendment. The answer is B). 2

then vertical these 2 men just basically bought the competition out before they could get big and be a threat.
