Farine : $\frac{215*5}{12} = 90 g$
Lait : $\frac{335*5}{12} = 140 ml$
Œufs : $\frac{5*5}{12} = 2$
Beurre fondu : $\frac{60*5}{12} = 25 g$

Arrondi à l'unité, il faudra donc 90 g de farine, 1/4 de cuillère à thé de sel, 140 ml de lait, 2 gros œufs et 25 g de beurre fondu pour 5 crêpes.
