The climate of North America can range broadly, from forests, hot summers to cold, wet winters, freezing temperatures in the winter, to blistering heat in the summer. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of North America's climate.

Advantages:

- Largely sunny, with moderate rainfalls during seasons that allow for plant growth typically in Central America.

- Large, Spacious, and diverse geographical places, from deserts that house animals such as Coyotes, to mountains that house mountain goats and other animals, to rain forests that have bears, etc.

Disadvantages:

- Large tracts of Deserts makes it hard for urbanization and build up of the lands, as it costs large amounts of money to change desert into livable lands.

- Areas of the lands can be more hot (especially central - southern US) as they are closer to the equator, while the northern parts of North America (Northern part of the US and Canada) is generally colder.

hope this helps

North America's climate is mostly moderate, so it allows a lot of crops being grown here. The moderate climate also allowed for a lot of wildlife games for food but they had been hunted down when Europeans moved in.

The disadvantages are in the Northern states, such as Montana and North Darkota, the cold climate makes agriculture very difficult. Cold climate also makes traveling difficult; slowing down inter-state trades.

North America's geographical location is between two great oceans: the Pacific and Atlantic. So it can trade with many other countries on both sides. It also borders Canada and Mexico in north and south which are part of the North America Freed Trade Agreement.

Disadvantage is that North America is so big, it takes a long time for goods to travel from one side to the other.

Which statement accurately compares the trends in atomic number and atomic mass in the periodic table?
Crank

Answer:

Both the atomic mass and the atomic number increase from left to right

Explanation:

On the periodic table, both atomic mass and atomic number increase from left to right.

The periodic table is a grouping of elements based on their atomic number. Atomic number is the number of protons in an atom. These are the positively charged particles.

 • From left to right, the number of protons increase and hence the atomic number.

The atomic mass is made up of the number of protons and neutrons.

Since the number of protons increase left to right, the atomic mass will also increase.

So, atomic mass and the atomic number increase from left to right.
