medicine... take their meds on time

proper hygiene- wash and remain healthy by doing so

frequent  visits to the doctor- helps keep immunizations in check

moving around- just moving like walking a little can help them alot

Medicine- It can control symptoms they might be having

In home care- If they can't remember to take medication having someone with them to help them remember would be great. If they fall they can have someone around as well.

Physical therapy- If they have limited movement it can help them

Senior living- They can be in a place made for the complications they might have and more wheelchair accessible and safe for seniors.
