This is the beginning stage of depression, i'm afraid. Schoolwork is hard, and you can feel as if it's just too much to bear, but i promise you, it will all be worth it in the end. I'd love to talk to you and help you out if you need it. Just stay calm, take a break, and maybe listen to some music! That always helps me.

In my Opinion support groups can help them because being around people who also understand what you’re going through can help you kind of get in perspective of what you’re doing and help you get better and feel better knowing it’s not just you going through it.
