The jury is a body of people that have sworn of the law to render the impartial verdict related to any kind of case presented in the court of law. The jury must include people of cross-section of the community who are designated with some authority.
The jury listens the statements of the witnesses, suspect and victim to draw a conclusion about a case and decides whether the suspect is liable for compensation or hard punishment.
The jury must not include the known member of victim or suspect peer this may lead to partial decision and will create discrepancy.
