I believe the correct answer is skeletal muscle tissue.

<h2>Explanation:</h2>

Skeletal muscles under a microscope are striated and their nucleus is not centered. This is to enhance the communication between different cells for coordinated functioning. They also are multi nucleic.

<h2>Further Explanation:</h2>

Skeletal muscles are the biggest class of muscles after cardiac and smooth muscles. They function as support and movement muscles and attach to bones via cartilages. An example of a striated muscle is the famous "six pack" scientifically refered to as the abdominus recti. It is an abdominal muscle and is a core muscle providing support and movement. They are striated to strengthen them because some of them need to be very flexible and extensible. Being multinucliate gives them the ability to contract independently and very fast to produce responses such as a reflex in times of danger. These muscles are all under the voluntary control of the individual but some like the diaghragm is involuntary and is controlled by the brain for breathing. It acts as involuntary when voluntary breathing is not available. Skeletal muscles also are tough and cover organs protecting them from mechanical damages or even chemical damages from the outside. They have special anatomical features that enable them to function properly. The cells of skeletal muscles are tightly packed and have musculoskeletal junctions and neuromascular junctions that they use to communicate from one cell to another to provide contraction of the muscle. At the neuromascular junction, they communicate with motor neurons that receive signals from the brain through the spinal cord. Signals from the brain are converted into nerve impulses that cause the production of acetylcholine at the synaptic cleft found at the axon terminal of the motor neuron and the end plate of the skeletal muscle. Acetylcholine is the neurotransmitter used for contraction of the skeletal muscles.

- they are listed as vulnerable because they are down to less than 10,000 cats

- it is one of the smallest cat species (two times smaller than a domestic cat)

- these animals can climb trees to avoid predators (making them very agile) but spend most time on ground

- they are nocturnal

- they are carnivores and eat lizards, birds, frogs and rodents.

- when captive in zoos, they are very friendly towards zoo keepers and there are 56 kept in zoos worldwide.
