The Romans unified their country with more than just leadership, for they were the inventors of concrete. Concrete, while a boring topic, was the most useful out of all of Rome’s inventions. Concrete is still used today and is why many ancient Roman buildings are still standing even after centuries of withstanding harsh elements. Rome was not stingy with their inventions, shown by the fact that concrete can be seen being used all around the world. Many countries were more than happy to unite with Rome after seeing their inventions and as a result Rome boosted the rest of the world into the renaissance. Rome may have been known for being cruel and brutal in battle, however we as a society must always be greatful for their inventions as we would not be here today without them.
Also you could talk about how they were the first society to invent democracy, but I didn’t know if you needed inventions or forms of government.
From what I believe and I read the story years ago she borrowed it from a friend of hers. she wanted to go out in the town and have all the eyes on her for once and she did catch everyone's attention. it was radiant and glimmered but was actually paste/fake. basically she wanted to show off
The government should be concerned about rapid population growth because it could lead to things like, food shortage, unemployment numbers increasing, the homeless numbers increasing, even an increase in disease

The government can put in rules about how much land can be used or how it is used keep companies from tearing down forests and make them government nations parks to reserve nature, get the people using more renewable resources instead of nonrenewable
The government should not be in citizens family related issues as in how many children they should have, when they should have them... etc however I do believe that before having children parents should be educated about the pregnancy process all that is to come ...etc BUT this all could be done through a DOCTOR who is the parents physician and not by government
