Explanation:

According to the Constitution the judicial power of the US, “<em>shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish</em>”. At prior when it was created it consisted in circuit courts were the judges and Supreme Court justices meet annually from time to time. But the system failed due the authorities having to do long distance travels under bad conditions; until 1891 when the federal judicial system has changed, consisting now of district courts with original jurisdiction, intermediate appellate courts, and the Supreme Court.
