Summarize some of the new technology that helped change life in the west.
timama [110]

Answer: Yes! Industrial revolution!

Okie, so, Some new technology that helped change life in the West includes:

 • rail roads
 • steam power
 • sewing machine
 • telegraph

There's so much more than that, but those are the main ones.

Explanation:

Railroads made it much easier to transport more goods long distances in a relatively short amount of time.

Steam power made it possible for more factories to be powered, as well as exist. It also lead to inventions such as the steam boats and steam train.

Sewing machines made life on the plains easier. sewing clothes by hand took a loooooong freaking time, but with the sewing machine people (mostly women... only women?) could sew many clothes in the time it took to sew one by hand.

The telegraph enabled quick communication over long distances. It also helped America feel more connected. If something big happened in New York, it would normally take months for the news to reach, say California, but with the telegraph, people could receive news right after, or even while it was happening.

I’m 1935, the German government passed laws stating that Jews were
dlinn [17]

It essentially said that the Jews were not human and were to be treated as such. The goal of the Nuremburg Laws was to distinguish what Nazi Germany perceived as ethnically pure and impure populations. It assigned people with Jewish heritage as property of the state, giving them no rights. Jews were also strictly prohibited from reproducing. The Nuremburg laws also gave strict ethnic standards to the rest of the German people, which classified them based on their ancestors race.

Answer: 1. 1. The geography of Greece affected Greece communities by isolating them from each other. This was because of the high mountains, preventing them to communicate and interact with one another. The geography, especially the mountains, also affected travel, crops, and livestock, thus changing their food.

2. 2. Greece has very few sources of useful metals, without which you can’t make tools or weapons, for all practical purposes it was the money of its day and used as the means of exchange between city-states for the other things a civilisation needed. Considering it is the Bronze age, there are no sources of tin in Greece whatsoever. Minoans likely traded with other islands to move commodities over huge distances using the seaways, connect three continents, the ideas and commodities of the known world flowed through their ports.

3. 3. It caused Independent city states to developed Due to the geographical factors such as mountains that separate area within Greeks from one another, it is very hard for the central government to rule/regulate all corners of Greeks. This is why they create an independent city states to ensure that all territories that cannot be easily reach by the central government able to regulate/control themselves.

Why did president Roosevelt refuse to work with president Hoover
forsale [732]
The main reason why president Roosevelt refused to work with president Hoover is because the two men shared practically opposite views on how to fix the economy, with FDR favoring large-scale government intervention and Hoover favoring a "hands off" approach.

How have social norms changed in America since the decade of the '60s?
lord [1]
The most visible changes are connected to political correctness and feminism. The 60s had neither the one nor the other. Since then feminism has de validated the traditional female life concept and declared the male concept of business the only way to obtain luck on earth.

The de validation of speech is a more apalling catastrophe. PC has sent speech through some kind of "equalizer", condemning everyone to utter warm and friendly words even being absolutely hostile to a subject. A fascist is still a fascist but today speaks like a Buddhist monk. This way he is not identifiable anymore. PC has destroyed a valuable tool which was suitable to express the strongest emotions. Today a CATERPILLAR Wheel has to be changed with a tweezers. The tool is dead.
