Mean of all scores means add them all up then divide by number of scores (5)

so
the mean has to be at least 95 aka, greater than or equal to 95
so
represent the last score with x
mean is the sum of all scores

$\frac{96+93+97+92+x}{5} \geq 95$
$\frac{378+x}{5} \geq 95$
multiply both sides by 5
$378+x \geq 475$
minus 378 from both sides
$x \geq 97$

he has to get at least 97 on the last test to get the highest score
