it's wrong because he put a closed circle on the nine when he was supposed to put an open circle because nine is not less than itself but the thing that he did right wad that he went to the left if it was a greater than or equal symbol then it would be correct

In 100 cm there are 1000 mm. 

Therefore in 1 meter you have 1000 millimeters. 

Then to find out how many millimeters you have in 14 meters, you just multiply 14 by 1000 to give you 14000 mm.

Final answer= 14 m of gold wire is the equivalent to 14000 mm of wire.
