The volunteer would played roles as the front people during the campagin. Their jobs would be revolved around increasing the popularity of the candidates through things such as making posters or handing out pins.

Communications people would handle media related campaign and fund raiser would be the one that help the candidate collecting the money to be used for the campaign.
