Bonjour

1- spectacle ==> sight

2- entourée de tous côtés de... ==> surendounded on all sides by..

3- apercevait ===> caught sight of

4- rivaliser de===> compete for

5- escarpé ===> rocky  (it's both rocky, steep and uneven in French !)

6- pousser bien ===> to thrive

a) des restaurants --> none is correct... should be "auxquels" "chez quels" "après quels" ...

b) maison --> 44) derrière quelle

c) étudiante --> 42) chez quelle

d) des jeunes filles --> 40) entre lesquelles

e)  film-----------> 41) auquel

a) and d) need a plural and you've got only one in your list = entre lesquelles which is feminine plural .. so it's ok with d).

but a) is masculine plural, and there's no masculine plural .....

tried to help :)
