The magna Charta is created to limit the King's power within the country. Before this document, the King's order was always considered absolute and must be obeyed. After this document, the King's orders still held a really great power, but it cannot breach what considered as basic human rights
The slavery issue changed political parties. The Whig Party collapsed, divided between anti slavery Northerners and proslavery Southerners. With this split, a Democrat won the 1852 campaign for president. Some Whigs joined the new American party.

With current medical and other sources we can gather that this could possibly begin in the 22nd or 23rd Century due to the rise of "Super Bugs" that are resistant to medicine. Again the answer to this is completely hypothetical and there is technically not one, we can only use the information given to us to make assumptions.
