Mathematics

I believe it would be 100 because the 9 in 99 would be the rounding spot and if you look to the right of it its another 9 which is greater than five so that would round up to 100

When your rounding anything above five goes up, while anything below five rounds down.

When your rounding you must look at the number to the right of the number your rounding to so you could figure out the answer.

Once you decide if the number is going up or down, eliminate the number you used to determine if you should add one or leave it the same.

Step one: Analyze the numbers, the ten in 99.20 would be 90, so you would look at the digit to the right of the 99.20 which would be 9 ones.

Step two: Check to see if the number is higher than 5 or lower than 5. 9 is higher than five, so it goes up.

Step three: Bump up the second 9 in 99.20, that would make the number 100.20.

Step four: Eliminate anything after the first 9 (In this case there isn't anything)

And your done! I hope this helped, if so please mark this the brainliest answer!

What is the function rule that describes the pattern in the table?
Semmy [17]
The answer is D. You can rule out A and B by looking at the x value of 0 because the corresponding y value is 7 so you need to add 7 to a number multiplied by 0. And then you know it's not C because if you plug in the 0 for x it doesn't work.
