Accountability involves determining who is responsible for actions taken. It is an obligation of a person or group to
account for their doings or activities. It is being responsible and to disclose
results in a manner which is transparent to everyone. It is also being
responsible for money or any property that is been entrusted.
Both the U.S. Senate<span> and </span>House of Representatives are houses and <span>representative bodies </span>of the Congress.
One major difference between the House and the Senate is the total number of members. this has meant that a greater number of formal rules are needed to govern activity in the House.
