F(t)=15000(0.85) ^t   =>  f(t) = $15000(0.85) ^t

Substitute 2 1/3 for t in this equation.  This is equivalent to 7/3.

 f(7/3) = $15000(0.85)^(7/3)
           = $10266.02  (answer)
