x=12         y=12

3x-2y=12

Divide both sides by 3

x-2/3y=4

x=4+2/3y

3(4+2/3y)-2y=12

12+2y-2y=12

12=12

y=12      x=12

3*12-2*12=12

36-24=12

x=4+2/312=4+8=12

Y = 3/2x -6

1) canceled out the 3x by using the subtraction property of equality.

2) dividing all terms by -2 on both sides.

3) resulting in getting Y = 3/2x - 6

ASAP!! Please Help! Show Work!! Thx
zaharov [31]

Answer:

37

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the side length in the middle is 12. This is because A(12) squared + B(5) squared = C(13) squared.

Now that we know the side length, we can find x. A(35) squared + B(12) squared = C(x) squared.

35*35=1225.

12*12=144.

1225+144=1369

The root of 1369 is 37, so the value of x is 37.

Use the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus to find y′. pls help
evablogger [386]

Use This Since You provided no context:

The fundamental theorem of calculus is a theorem that links the concept of differentiating a function (calculating the gradient) with the concept of integrating a function (calculating the area under the curve). ... This implies the existence of antiderivatives for continuous functions.

write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that passes through (-2,2) and is parallel to 2x+4y=16
avanturin [10]

Answer:

y = -1/2x + 6

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>We know that the slope intercept form of a line is .</em>

<em></em>

<em>Also, if two lines are parallel, they have the same slope. So re-writing the given equation 2x + 4y = 10 in the slope intercept form to find know its slope.</em>

<em></em>

<em></em>

<em></em>

<em>So the slope of the equation will be .</em>

<em></em>

<em>Finding the y-intercept (c):</em>

<em></em>

<em></em>

<em></em>

<em>Therefore, the equation of the line n slope intercept form that is parallel to 2x + 4y = 10 and passes through the point (8, 2) is y = -1/2x + 6.</em>
