Since a person is socialized into roles throughout life, what kinds of things can individuals do to improve this process for themselves? Present at least two paragraphs.

People go through various changes in life and so are their roles in society. Such role change is accompanied by "responsibility." For example, when people are young, they take the role of a student and so they have to assume that role. They have to study hard and obey their teachers and parents. When they get older, they have to take the role of workers in society and so they have to assume that role as well. They have to be more mature and be more accountable for their actions.

In order to improve such changes occurring throughout a person's life, he needs to accept his role and fulfill his tasks sincerely. Acknowledging reality helps people do things the right way and move on with life. This is essential in order to become successful in taking various roles. It also fosters flexibility in different areas. If in case a person makes mistakes in his role, it is best to admit his mistakes in order not to deny or question the outcome. This will allow him to face his struggles in life, thus enabling him to achieve his goals little by little.
