The primary reason to issue stock raise money that will make the company grow bigger.

Further Explanations:

Stock is the equity investment representing part ownership in a firm entitling to share the corporation’s assets and earnings. In present days ownership of assets is recorded electronically and held by brokerage firm. Usually, they are of two types:

i) Common stock- Common stock are the shares that entitling the holder's assets depending upon the future of the company. We can take example that if a company has 100 shares, then each share equals one percent of the company’s ownership.

ii) Preferred Stock- These stocks entitles a holder a particular dividend of the company whose payment is given priority over common stocks.

In the same way, Issuing stock means to transform a private company to a public company. A public company has more regulators and obligations against its stockholders. We can take an example of the “Home Depot Store” having 3 stores during its initial age. It moved to Public company in 1981 and presently it is having more than 2,200 stores.

While American cities prospered, however, the overproduction of agricultural produce created widespread financial despair among
yaroslaw [1]

Answer: True

Explanation: The Wall Street Crash of 1929 was a major stock market crash that occurred in 1929. It started in September and ended late in October, when share prices on the New York Stock Exchange collapsed. It remains the most devastating stock market crash in the history of the United States, considering how long it lasted and the full extent of its aftereffects.

Agricultural production was booming and there were good harvests in 1928 that had built up a mass of about 250 million bushels of wheat when 1929 opened. By May of the same year, there was also a winter-wheat crop of 560 million bushels ready for harvest in the Mississippi Valley. This oversupply caused a drop in wheat prices so heavy that the net incomes of the farming population from wheat were a cause for despair. This was one of the major causes of the 1929 market crash.
