Change is so hard for some people because they might be afraid of what is ahead of them; life changes all the time, it better to be prepared then to get crushed. The thing that I can do to be more open to change is find the little things in life and pay very close attention if I have a opportunity to take it because that will lead me to being more open to trying new things.
