The War Industries Board was a government agency group formed in July 28, 1917. They were the ones that coordinate the purchases of war supplies between the War Department (Department of the Army) and the Navy Department. Because of what they do, they made the economy more into spending their money on things for war than other items. They made the U.S priorities the War.
