After more discussion, your friends decide to try to reduce their body fat. Alice says she intends to do so by reducing her calo

rie intake, but she does not intend to increase her level of activity. Tricia says that, although she is not willing to eat less, she will try to lose the excess fat through increased exercise. How would you respond to your friends’ statements?

They both are making mistake by opting only one thing of their choice. One is willing to cut her calories while other is willing to do more physical activity. Whereas it should have like the combination of both for losing weight for good. They must cut some calories or opt healthy food choices along with some physical cardiovascular activity and some weight training to tone their bodies.

Losing weight is not about losing weight for a period of time by making some changes for the time being, rather weight loss is a change of life style that involves healthy eating plus regular physical activities. So if they want to lose weight, they have to go for both.

The answer is : The loss of weight would be all the more effective if you adapted a diet associated with regular physical activity. That is, associate the strategies of Alicia and Tricia.

Diet and sport combine to lose weight sustainably and stay in shape. The definition of the sports regime is easy to remember. A sports weight loss diet simply associates a low-calorie diet with menus that do not exclude any type of food but limit products with a sweet and fatty taste and a moderate or intense but mostly regular sport that burns calories and raises the basic metabolism.

What makes your bones move up and down?
Doss [256]
Muscles move body parts by contracting and then relaxing. Muscles can pull bones, but they can't push them back to the original position. So they work in pairs of flexors and extensors. The flexor contracts to bend a limb at a joint.

Rom4ik [11]

Answer:

I say B, because One meal a day could kill her if she she is obese, and if she changes nothing in her activities she wont loose fat easily and fast even if she is on a diet, and lastly if she exercises without change in her diet its no use because you can exercise for hours and then regain the fat you lost with the amount of food you ate. So technically B is correct.
