I say B, because One meal a day could kill her if she she is obese, and if she changes nothing in her activities she wont loose fat easily and fast even if she is on a diet, and lastly if she exercises without change in her diet its no use because you can exercise for hours and then regain the fat you lost with the amount of food you ate. So technically B is correct.
