2-DG Autoradiography is a technique
used to study the neuronal organization of certain aspect of behavior such as
hibernation, thought, sleep and language. This technique can also be used to
correlate some specific aspect of human behavior to regional pattern of glucose
utilization in the brain. However, 2-DG Autoradiography was developed by sokoloff
and his associates to determine and measure glucose utilization in the brain.
