This logo represents Starbucks Coffee. I know because it states it in a very large font that is eye catching and easy to read. When I look at this I see their very recognisable logo that they advertise everywhere to make it memorable. They do this so that everyone knows their name and logo, even if they don't drink their coffee.

This logo is used by the Starbucks Coffee Company. It is easily recognized because of its use of typography (words used in the logo). The typeface (font), along with the words themselves, are associated with Starbucks. The color of green used adds to its recognition, as this color of green is now associated with Starbucks in many people's minds. The company is found in many locations worldwide, and the logo seen above is on most of their merchandise, which can be bought in their stores, or in the local supermarket.

What did catholics cite to defend using religious icons and images in their art?
professor190 [17]

Answer:

"The incarnation of Jesus"

Explanation:

in other words, the argument was that Jesus, one of the members of the trinity, was "made of flesh and bone" and therefore could be painted, unlike the other parts of the trinity which are argued to be "of the spirit"

in other words, if I may be so brash in my wording, people were more or less like

"you can't draw what you can't see!"

and the catholic church was like

"BUT YOU CAN SEE JESUS, HE HAS A BODY"

(sorry but I just found the simplified argument a bit funny, I'm sitting here imagining my siblings arguing about  if ghosts are real again...)
