Education and Health care

Explanation:

Area of Society: Education

Effect of Government Involvement in this Area: the government has the responsibility to insure the right to a free and high quality education for all K-12 students by protecting their civil rights and by providing resources for the most in need, using public data and high quality research, and by providing support and infrastructure for schools, districts, and states to help them continuously improve in their work.

Congress reacted to Klan terror by passing a. Radical Reconstruction. b. the Enforcement Act of 1870. c. the Compromise of 1877.
navik [9.2K]

The correct answer is B. The Enforcement Act of 1870.

Indeed, President Grant had taken power after Lincoln’s assassinations and was committed to make sure Southern states would abide by federal laws concerning the civic rights of black Americans.

The Ku Klux Klan was terrorizing freedmen and women and preventing them from exercising the right to vote, to be elected as a public servant or official and even to seek protection from the police and demand judicial redress from courts. Most members of the Klan were arrested, prosecuted and jailed and the Klan was virtually annihilated.

Which of these rules was part of the caste system? (4 points) A person could change his or her status through achievement, such
Alinara [238K]
The correct rule is "a person could not marry a person of lower social standing."

If you are born into a lower social class & became wealthier, had good behavior, owned more land, etc., it wouldn't change your position.

You are going to be stuck with the same social class your entire life, same thing would happen if your parents were in the lower social class & you became more successful, you would still be in the same class as your parents. You would work the jobs they worked & go through what they have to go through. Though I believe later on it was socially acceptable to marry to a lower class, but it was taboo.

Hopefully this helped of some sort!

What kind of learning do you think king archidamus would consider “useless matters”?
Lady_Fox [76]

The kind of learning that I think that King Archidamus would consider “useless matters” is the learning where it would not lead to any kind of logical conclusion. War should be brought on immediately, rather than deferring another generation to let matters cool down instead of getting victory no matter the cause.
