An omniscient point of view is when the narrator knows everything about everything in the story. He/she is everywhere in every place and he/she behaves as a god in the story because he/she knows all the details of the story, he/she justify characters, and he/she also knows the thought of the characters.
I think it would be C because he says how he believes it makes them happy, but there is no proof that animals are happy when they have crowd cheering them on.
