The second wave of civilization happened when humans have developed early technologies to increase their job efficiency. Even though it bring them one step closer to the society that we see today, the norms in this civilization still hasn't change that far from the first civilization

The continuities are:
. Monarchs continued to rule most of the new civilizations.
▪Men continued to dominate women.
▪A sharp divide between the elite and everyone else persisted almost everywhere
