It’s either 0.05 or 20. Assuming that the coefficient friction is a damping factor, I feel like 0.05 would be correct m

          mgh_i = \dfrac{1}{2}mv_f^2

             v_f = \sqrt{2gh_i}

                   = \sqrt{2gL(1- cos\theta)}
