Answer:b) Be patient because the teams are in the storming stage. Give them time to reach the norming and performing stages.

Explanation:

He needs to be patient but still guides them fairly.

If they have started working together in September that means probably in September they were still in the forming stage trying to get to know each other , individual interests and all about each person .

They were still trying to figure out the way in which they can all work together.

Since it has been less than four months they are now probably starting to work on projects and still have their individual opinions and interest.

They haven't established the team spirit yet or the ability to understand and accept each member's opinion but given time and proper leadership skills ,it will be resolved.

It happens with every people when they come together and they haven't worked together before they will be clash of characters until they can get to build up the team spirit.

The manager as a leader can help by creating programs or activities that can assist in speeding up the process of building a team spirit.

Calculate the density of a material that has a mass of 52 457 g and a volume of 13,5 cm
kirill [66]

Answer:

Density = 388.57 kg/m³

Explanation:

Given the following data;

Mass = 52457 grams to kilograms = 52457/1000 = 52.457 kilograms

Volume = 13.5 cm to meters = 13.5/100 = 0.135 m

To find the density;

Density can be defined as mass all over the volume of an object.

Simply stated, density is mass per unit volume of an object.

Mathematically, density is given by the formula;

Density = \frac{mass}{volume}

Substituting into the formula, we have;

Density = \frac{52.457}{0.135}

Density = 388.57 kg/m³
