One thing that I learnt is that one can be a leader even in the smallest ways which may not be highly recognised by many people but still they can make a huge difference in their leadership style.

Being a leader isn't just about leading but also about listening to others and it is not a single person thing but a collective action because when we all worked in that community program, collaboration and cooperation was very crucial to ensure that we all get to contribute equally and effectively to the lives of elderly people in our community.

According to Hamilton the judicial branch was the less likely to increase its power and to usurp the other branches power. For example, a president can give himself power far beyond his limits.
