How have you been of service to your community and what has that taught you about being a leader?

Answer:I volunteered in a community adult center in which we would read stories to the elders help with dishing up and some other suggested activities

Explanation:

One thing that I learnt is that one can be a leader even in the smallest ways which may not be highly recognised by many people but still they can make a huge difference in their leadership style.

Being a leader isn't just about leading but also about listening to others and it is not a single person thing but a collective action because when we all worked in that community program, collaboration and cooperation was very crucial to ensure that we all get to contribute equally and effectively to the lives of elderly people in our community.

The reason people seem to change size as they change sides in the ames room is that:

It's because <span> the room is not actually rectangular
The Ames room is closer to a Trapezoid rather than rectangular.
So when the people change sides in the room, they actually got closer in distance from the people who see it  from the front and give the impression that they're becoming larger.</span>
