How did men like William Lloyd Garrison, Reverent Lovejoy, and Frederick Douglass participate in the abolitionist movement?
Dimas [21]
By being in the north and wanting the south to rid of slaves, and to make them join the north. but the south only had huge amounts of farm land, and no way to sow, till, or harvest all that land with out a few hundred slave workers. the north seen that as unnescessary to do. the north also laid out laws that the south didnt agree with leading to the southern states declaring independancy against the north witch lead to war.

In what ways did reconstruction expand and limit the rights of African Americans?
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

African Americans

Explanation:

The 15th Amendment, adopted in 1870, guaranteed that citizen's right to vote would not be denied "on account of race, color, or previous conditions with servitude". During this period of Radical Reconstruction (1867-77), blacks won election to southern state governments and even to the U.S. congress.
