Cheese should be stored properly for later use. After a dinner party Emilee has a large loaf of goat cheese and large wedge of bleu cheese left. They were put away and molded quickly what went wrong?
Emilee should wrap the cheeses up in tin foil parchment paper wax paper and a loose fitting tight fitting open brown food bag. Both probably went bad because the bleu cheese was not properly stored causing virus mold bacteria to grow on other product

Answer:

Both the large loaf of goat cheese and the large wedge of blue cheese moulded quickly, a way to avoid this is to wrap them up in paper and then placed in a loose fitting brown food bag.
