Answer:

well um

Explanation:

when you procrastinate, spend your time doing little jobs instead of being totally idle. For example, clean your room insead of doing your homework. That way you arent completly wasting your time but it doesn't make you feel bad for procrasting.

If you have trouble staying off your phone, get a timing/locking app the either locks apps that are disctracting you for a set amount of time OR limits your usage by giving you a time limit.

remove yourself from distractions and try to stay in an area where you can focus, this removes external distractions.

remind yourself of your goal so you can stay on track!

A scientific theory is based on objectively verifiable evidence, not the support (or lack thereof) of its founder or anyone else
Kamila [148]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

A scientific theory is an explanation that can be repeatedly tested and verified in accordance with the scientific method, using accepted protocols of observation, measurement, and evaluation of results.

Where possible, theories are tested in controlled experiments.

For those that can't be experimented, they are treated through a set of observations.

Therefore, scientific theories are not based on the founder or the support of anyone else, but rather, on verifiable facts that have been tested.

vaieri [72.5K]

Answer:

I strongly believe I can take on the job in the police force. In the police force qualities such as leadership, bravery, confidense, and determination are needed. I have these qualities but, I lack leadership. I have a habit of doing things by myself. I would much rather complete tasks on my own rather than work with others.

All of the following are true of Freud’s view of infant-parent bonds EXCEPT:
lys-0071 [83]

Answer:

The correct answer is: Freud formulated his views based on careful observation of children.

Explanation:

Freud indeed saw the mother-infant relation as the prototype around which all later close relationships revolve, in fact, Freud proposes that neurosis later emerge in life as a result of many factors including an insatisfactory or pathological relationship of the infant with the first object (the mother).

Freud also claimed that the mother-infant relationship was the most important one and that mentally healthy adults usually had a healthy mother-infant relationship.

Freud also focused on the importance of breastfeeding as a source of oral gratification during the conceptualizations of the psychosexual stages of development.

However....

Freud didn't perform any type of systematic or careful observation of children during the development of his theories.
