Troposphere - sunlight passes here, warms Earth's surface.
Stratosphere - The ozone layer causes temperatures in the stratosphere to increase as altitude increases,
Mesosphere and Thermosphere - most meteors burn up in these layers instead of striking Earth.

The answer is the Troposphere. Since it includes all the air we breathe - and all other plants and animals. Also, almost all human activity happens within the troposphere.
