In which ways did the Caddo resemble southeast tribes?
pickupchik [31]

Answer:

Caddo is an Indian nation in the southeastern United States (mainly, in western Oklahoma). The ancestors of Caddo were associated with the Plains Village culture – tribes who lived in the upper Missouri. In the last centuries of the pre-Columbian period, the southeastern United States was embraced by the Mississippian culture, which was based on previous archaic traditions. According to oral tradition, the Caddo tribe originated in northern Louisiana. Their culture developed in Arkansas and Louisiana and from there, it spread south and west. The Caddo tribe is related to the Wichita and Pawnee tribes, whose languages are also Caddoan.

The tribe was led by the hereditary leader (kahdi) and the council of elders (kanakha); also, there were female leaders. There were elected military leaders (amahoya). The people of tribe were engaged in agriculture (two sorts of corn, pumpkin, sunflower, beans, tobacco), gathering, hunting (deer, rabbit, waterfowl, bear, bison), and fishing.

Paha777 [63]

oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

Option: D. circumvented rights in the Civil War Amendments.

Explanation:

The Black Codes and white extremist groups circumvented rights in the Civil War Amendments. The South issued sets of Black Codes called Jim Crow Laws to separate African Americans from the whites. The 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments gave rights to freed African American by abolishing slavery, right to vote, and equal rights in American. These new changes not seen as good for the White Southerns and Northerner because they believed that African Americans were to be controlled and regulated rather than setting them free.

Why did stalin want the united states and britina to open a second front asaignr germany?
lukranit [14]
The reason why Stalin pushed so hard for the US and Britain to open a second front against Germany was because Russia was bearing the burden of Germany's advance all by itself, and was suffering a great deal of losses in the process.
