We can use discipline to solve present-day problems in my own community because discipline makes us goal-oriented, perseverant, and focused on accomplishing the goals, whatever it takes.
The problem in modern-day society is that people want things easy. They have forgotten that good things happen as a result of the commitment and hard work. And that is what discipline gives us: to do the right things, the right way, and at the right moment. Discipline is necessary to stay on course, eliminate distractions, and to focus on the task at hand.
An oligarchy is ruled by few people therefore, an oligarchy can not have over 50 people ruling though most oligarchies have much smaller number of leaders.
