Is it possible to make muscles denser/tighter/thicker without making more muscle
GREYUIT [131]

Answer:

Yes, but no.

It would be a difficult thing to do. The only way to do that is by losing your body fat percentage. The thing making your muscle seem soft is the body fat surrounding it. So, I guess yes but the muscle itself won’t change density. When you work out, you expand and strengthen the muscle, as far as I know, that is the only way to make your muscles “denser”.

what is the most important safety precaution or rule that you can follow? Explain why you think it is so important.
GREYUIT [131]
One of the most important safety precautions is the good ol' saying think before you act. You can't react without thinking through your decision. Let me explain with an example -

Mark decides to jump off his roof because he thinks it would make for a good profile picture mid jump. However, because he didn't think through his decision - he didn't consider the fact he lived three stories up in an apartment complex.

Hopefully, this helped you! =)
