The only answer that makes any sense is C. The British Empire was the sole enemy of the French, fighting them and winning in the Seven Years War. While I am completely unaware of what campaign you are referencing, General Burgoyne partook in many over his years as a British officer, I am certain alliance with the French and splitting New York and Canada were not one of them.

Tcecarenko [31]

Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) created to Regulate the stock market .

Explanation:

Securities and Exchange Commission was created to regulate the stock market of the USA. It stands as a watchdog which surveys over security transactions to stop fraud and deception. The main motto of the SEC is said to be the prevention of deceptive and manipulative fraudulent practices of the stock market and also the monitoring of the takeover of corporate companies in the financial market.

Generally, the issue of securities to investors happens over the internet or in the mail. SEC checks whether the firm selling such securities are registered with SEC or not. Registration with SEC ensures that the firm issuing such securities are not engaged in any fraudulent activities.

Explain the two churches in the east and west in the middle ages
aniked [119]

Eastern Orthodox Catholics and Roman Catholics are the result of what is known as the East-West Schism (or Great Schism) of 1054, when medieval Christianity split into two branches.

The Byzantine split with Roman Catholicism came about when Pope Leo III crowned Charlemagne, King of the Franks, as Holy Roman Emperor in 800. From the Byzantine viewpoint, this was a slap to the Eastern Emperor and the Byzantine Empire itself — an empire that had withstood barbarian invasions and upheld the faith for centuries. After Rome fell in 476, Byzantium was the only vestige of the Holy Roman Empire.

Charlemagne’s crowning made the Byzantine Emperor redundant, and relations between the East and the West deteriorated until a formal split occurred in 1054. The Eastern Church became the Greek Orthodox Church by severing all ties with Rome and the Roman Catholic Church — from the pope to the Holy Roman Emperor on down.

Over the centuries, the Eastern Church and Western Church became more
