1. Cardiovascular endurance: the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues.

2. Muscular strength: the amount of force a muscle can produce which is measured by the maximum amount of force a muscle can produce in a single effort.

3. Muscular endurance: is measured by how much a certain muscle is able to accomplish over a set length of time.

4. Flexibility: is the quality of bending easily without breaking.

5. Composition: is described as the percentages of fat, water, bone and muscles in human body
