any aids infection .... stds..... and blood type has to be accepting of the other one plus if the iv is in the arm/ vein properly

You should always confirm that the needles are new, clean, and sterilized, make sure the blood you're putting in the patient has no diseases and is the right blood type, and make sure that the doctor has a qualified degree.
