Yes, she can. Dividing by 20 gives 1 less every time, so you can just add to the result you get when you divide 855 from 20.

The line BC is equal to line AD and the two lines are parallel to y-axis; 
Since; AB = B - A = (0,4) - (-3,2)= (2,3)
 Assuming the coordinates of D is (x,y) DC= (4-y), (3-x) = (2,3)
Hence; y = 2 and x = 0
Thus; the coordinates of D are (0,2)
