I believe the answer to your question is 11. Once you add the squares that aren't cut from the lines, you get 6.You then ad the bottom squares and you get 7, and then you keep adding the squares on the outside. Eventually you get 11 cubic squares.

The linear equation that best fits the data is: y = 10x + 15.

How to Write the Linear Equation of a Data?

First, find the slope/unit rate (m) and the y-intercept/starting value, then substitute the values into y = mx + b.

Using two points on the graph, (1, 25) and (2, 35), find the slope (m):

Slope (m) = (35 - 25)/(2 - 1)

Slope (m) = 10/1

Slope (m) = 10

Substitute (x, y) = (1, 25) and m = 10 into y = mx + b to find b

25 = 10(1) + b

25 - 10 = b

b = 15

Substitute m = 10 and b = 15 into y = mx + b

y = 10x + 15

The box is 2.1 feet long,2.7 feet wide and 3.2 feet high. What is closest to the total surface area of the box?
galina1969 [7]
So the actually surface area can be split up by dif parts....meaning
2 side is 2.7*3.2*2 = 17.28
2 side is 3.2*2.1*2 = 13.44
2 sides is 2.1*2.7*2= 11.34

then u add up the areas = 42.06ft^2

then u look for what is the clossest...and that is 42gt^2

A 10% booking fee is added to the ticket price (I'm guessing 10% is added for each ticket)

Find 10% of the adult and child ticket:

10% of 15 = 1.5

10% of 10 = 1

find the total price for the 4 adult tickets he buys and 2 child tickets:

(15 +1.5) × 4 = 66

(10 + 1) × 2 = 22

66 + 22 = 88

1.5% will then be added if he lays by credit card :

1.5% of 88 = 1.32

total :

88 + 1.32 = 89.32

He pays a total of £89.32

Christopher swam laps everyday in the town swimming pool. He swam 45 minutes each day, 5 days each week, for 12 weeks.
Dahasolnce [82]
45(5)=225 than multiply that by 60 because remember he only swam 5 out of 7 days a week (12x5=60) therefore 225x60= 13,500 minutes to convert to hours divide by 60 which will be 225 hours
